The Seehütte house is located very close to the "ahoi!" thalasso center.
It's about a 2-minute walk to the center of Duhnen.
The beach of Duhnen is right outside your door.
The modern 65 sqm, 2-room apartment consists of: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 living/bedroom with 2 sofa beds, flat-screen satellite TV, stereo system, and kitchenette with a dishwasher, bath/WC, 2 balconies, full sea view from all windows of Neuwerk Island, the global shipping lane, and the sunset, telephone, elevator, 1 parking space, washing machine and dryer for a fee in the building.
Beach chair included (Season: May to October). The stated prices are per apartment and night.
Laundry package bookable.
Minimum stay is 7 nights during high season, upon request during low season. There is currently a large construction site in the immediate vicinity, so construction noise can be expected during the day. Please check in at the following address: Wehrbergsweg 18 27476 Cuxhaven

Insbesondere die Lage der Wohnung! Due Größe der Wohnung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht, einfach sehr gut
War alles super, nur das kleine Radio ist wohl nicht in Ordnung. Müsste mal nachgeschaut werden.
Sehr ansprechend eingerichtete Ferienwohnung.

Ein großes Panoramafenster und 2 Balkone, uneingeschränkter Blick auf die Nordsee und die Insel Neuwerk .
Auch ein Strandkorb in unmittelbarer Nähe gehörte zur Wohnung.
Leider gab es keine Mücken/Fliegennetze vor den Balkontüren.
