The cozy living area with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and wood-burning stove invites you to relax.
The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator including a freezer compartment, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine leaves nothing to be desired.
The vacation apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping gallery with two single beds.
The spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, mirror cabinet, and towel rack completes the overall picture.
In the summer, you can enjoy relaxing barbecue evenings.
In the garden, children can play in the sandbox and on the swings.
You can use the WiFi and the parking space on the farm free of charge. A deposit of 20% of the total price is due within 5 days of booking. A security deposit of €150 is required. Electricity costs are calculated based on consumption: €0.40/kWh (Note: Electricity consumption will be higher during the colder season!) Arrival is possible between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Departure is possible until 10:00 AM. Key handover is done in person on site. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
