The location
The modern and friendly furnished flat is located in the north, on the third floor of the historic Kurhaus. The Baltic Sea and the white sandy beach are just 40 metres away and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Here you can enjoy the soothing sea climate, e.g. during long walks or cosy hours in a beach chair. In the immediate vicinity you will find shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés as well as attractive leisure activities and excursion destinations.

The facilities
The cosy allergy-friendly flat has free WiFi and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and freezer compartment. The combined living and dining area has a TV-HiFi system with flat-screen TV, DVD player and a double sofa bed. Both the dining table and the cosy seating area offer enough space to spend pleasant hours at breakfast or after an eventful day at the beach. From the large, furnished balcony, you have a wonderful view of the nearby Baltic Sea. The separate bedroom has a large double bed (2 x 0.90 x 2.00). A cot can be set up for a fee and a high chair can be booked on request.

Peculiarities
Please note that this flat is an allergy-friendly, non-smoking flat and pets are not permitted. The holiday complex has coin-operated washing machines and dryers as well as storage facilities for bicycles in the underground car park. An underground parking space (max. clearance height 1.80 m, max. vehicle length 5 m) can be booked if required.
