The 55 m² 3-room flat is suitable for up to 4 people. The immediate proximity to the beach and the flat's loggia with sea view and view of the city forest make your Baltic Sea holiday perfect.
The location
The cosy flat is located on the east side, on the 5th floor, the top floor of the former historic Kurhaus. The Baltic Sea and the white sandy beach are just a few steps away. Here you can enjoy the soothing sea climate on long walks or cosy hours in a sheltered beach chair. In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés as well as attractive leisure activities and excursion destinations.
The facilities
The non-smoking flat has free WiFi and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with 2-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, blender and egg cooker.
The combined living and dining area includes a hi-fi system with radio and CD player, a flatscreen TV, sofa bed with spring mattress (approx. 1.60 x 2.00 m) and armchair. Both the dining table and the cosy seating area offer enough space to spend pleasant hours at breakfast or after an eventful day at the beach. From here you also have access to the covered balcony. The east-facing loggia is equipped with garden furniture for 4 people - from here you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a beautiful view of the city forest and a side sea view of the Baltic Sea.
The flat has two separate bedrooms, which are furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a bunk bed (2 x 0.90 x 2.00 m). The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, WC, hairdryer and make-up mirror.

The Ferienanlage Meeresblick has coin-operated washing machines and dryers for communal use as well as storage facilities for bicycles in the underground car park.
