THIS APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN NORDDEICH (not on Norderney)!
The holiday flat "Mariechen 1" extends over 65 square metres on the ground floor and offers space for up to three people. The flat is located behind the dyke, so it is only a few minutes' walk to the Norddeich beach. The ferry harbour of the Frisia AG shipping company (the ferries to the islands of Juist and Norderney depart from there) is only about 200m away.
The flat is fully equipped and offers you a fully functional kitchen, a spacious living room and a cosy dining area. The highlight of the flat is the private garden with a wind-protected terrace, which is designed as an open conservatory. The flat also has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a day bed. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available (for communal use), which is particularly useful for longer stays. A car parking space at the house also belongs to the flat. Your four-legged friend can also come along, as the holiday flat also welcomes dogs. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed (maximum height knee-high).
