The Haus am See has an entrance hall with cloakroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, fully automatic coffee machine, a dining room with dining table, chairs and bench, a living room with sofa bed, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with a 1.20 bed, 1 bathroom with WC, bath and shower and 1 separate WC with washbasin. The ground-floor holiday home is equipped with 2 TVs with satellite connection, radio, WiFi, hairdryer, hoover, underfloor heating and vinyl flooring or tiles. Two free parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.

Enjoy relaxing hours on our spacious sunbathing lawn as well as quality of life and hospitality with a view of the glistening lake. Enjoy direct access to the Brennsee lake with drinking water quality without having to leave the property.

Start your day with breakfast right by the lake while you enjoy the gentle waves of the water. Our own jetty and the steps into the lake invite you to take a refreshing dip in the cool water. Two stand-up paddle boards are available free of charge to slow down and take a deep breath.

Our bungalow offers space for up to five people and is ideal for families, fishermen and active nature holidaymakers. Use it as a starting point for exciting hikes through the UNESCO Carinthian Nockberge Biosphere Reserve or explore the beauty of Carinthia. Arrive, find peace and quiet, take a deep breath and treat yourself to some time for yourself.

There are numerous opportunities for rest and relaxation in the surrounding area. Visit one of the two thermal spas in the immediate vicinity or take part in one of the guided tours with the Krainer sports school and the biosphere park rangers.

Welcome to our house on the lake, which is not only a popular holiday destination in summer. There is also a lot to see and discover in the area in autumn and especially in winter. The Bad Kleinkirchheim cable cars are located within a radius of just ten kilometres and are easy to reach. Another popular excursion destination is the Turracher Höhe, where you can go skiing, cross-country skiing or ice skating against a fantastic backdrop.

Also highly recommended is a visit to one of the countless Christmas and Advent markets in the surrounding area. Visit the markets in Bad Kleinkirchheim, Radenthein, Spittal an der Drau, Velden or Villach and let yourself be enveloped by the scent of roasted chestnuts, mulled wine or sweet pre-Christmas pastries. Marvel at the huts and stalls with their marvellous lighting. You can also round off your visit to Carinthia with a day at the thermal spa and let your mind wander.

All of these destinations can be reached in just 45 minutes, the exact transport connections can be found on the Bad Kleinkirchheim tourist board website. And if luck favours us and the temperatures are right, you can even ice skate on the lake on which the house is located and enjoy a very special ambience right on the doorstep.

Public transport is available. Nearby railway stations: Villach and Spittal-Millstätter See. From there, the Carinthia train station shuttle will take you directly to your accommodation. On site you can easily travel with the Nockmobil.
