The pedestrian zone (Alleestraße) is just 600 m away, the family lagoon is nearby, and the sea is only about 300 m on foot.
Edeka supermarket is 50 m away, and a bike rental is right next door.

The apartment features a combined living area and kitchen with two integrated beds (each 90 x 200 cm). Bed linen is included. The property is located in a well-kept flat block with 9 residential units, built in 1968 on a plot of approximately 920 m². The location is excellent, just a stone’s throw from the dyke and sea. The centre of Büsum with the pedestrian zone (Alleestraße) is approximately 600 m away, while the family lagoon is also nearby.

Schloß der Terassentür fehlerhaft, verriegelt oft selbstständig beim Zufallen, Gefahr ausgesperrt zu werden!

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Sämtliche Orte (Strand, Zentrum, Aquarium, etc.) sind fußläufig in kurzer Zeitgut zu erreichen. Zu dem gebuchten Zeitraum sehr ruhiges Umfeld.
Zeitweise recht lauter „Baulärm“ (Kreissäge, Hämmern, bohren etc.) in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet mit zum Beispiel Wintergarten, komfortable Sitzgruppe im Außenbereich, bequemen Betten mit hochwertigen Matratzen.
