Upon arriving on the first floor of a well-maintained apartment building, you'll be greeted by a bright staircase that leads you to your retreat.
The spacious hallway offers space for your coats and shoes – the comfort that will accompany you throughout your stay begins here. From the hallway, you enter the light-flooded living room, which lets in the sun through numerous windows and invites you to cozy hours.
The comfortable sofa area with two armchairs and a three-seater sofa is perfect for relaxing TV evenings or quiet moments with a book.
The adjacent dining area is perfect for shared meals or game nights with family and friends – and from here, you can enjoy the view of the beautiful balcony.
The open-plan kitchen in the living room is modernly equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering – cooking becomes a pleasure here. The master bedroom exudes a pleasant coziness with warm wood tones and well-maintained carpet.
The spacious double bed (180 x 200 cm) with two single mattresses ensures restful sleep, while a large wardrobe with a mirror helps you stay organized.
The second bedroom is also decorated in warm colors and features a carpet for comfort.
A desk provides space for children to draw or for adults to write postcards.
A wardrobe here also offers ample storage space.
The bright daylight bathroom offers enough space for your morning routine and provides a pleasant start to the day. The highlight of the holiday apartment is the spacious, covered balcony: Enjoy the fresh air and the view of nature here – in sunshine or light rain.
For added convenience, a washing machine is available in the utility room off the hallway.

The communal guest contribution (tourist tax) is a public levy and not part of the offer.
The guest contribution is levied and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking.
The decisive factors for the amount of the guest contribution are the respective price list of the responsible municipality, as well as the factors of season, duration of stay, number and age of all travelers, and possibly existing severe disabilities and accompanying persons.
After your booking, we will inquire about these factors from you and can then calculate the required guest contribution.
